About Us

The Colombian ministry of energy forecasts that the country will face a serious shortage of natural gas reserves as early as 2023. Given recent setbacks with the collapse of a significant hydraulic energy generation project, the country is now facing an ever more urgent energy security dilema.

Our project, located in the Buenaventura bay on the Pacific Coast of Colombia, will meet this challenge through the development of energy assets and related infrastructure projects.

Our founding team is made up of veteran energy industry executives, local operators with successful infrastructure development projects under their belts, and seasoned energy banking and project structuring professionals.
